If you are experiencing issues with your Servocam system, contact us via email (Redshift.Service@gmail.com) or through our Contact page. Provide a detailed description of the issue you are observing with your Servocam system. Helpful details to provide are exact fault messages, datalogs (instructions here), pictures of Servocam displays, observations from operators, pictures of problem parts, etc.
If we are able to resolve your Servocam issue remotely, we will bill a nominal evaluation fee.
If your Servocam system requires repair services, we will ask you to ship the problem component to us for evaluation and repair. Upon completion of our service, we will return the component to you and bill a standard fee based on the component repaired.
If you need replacement or spare parts for your Servocam system, contact us with a description of the parts you desire.
We are always looking for decommissioned Servocam systems to restore. If you have a Servocam system that is no longer in use, please contact us to discuss an arrangement.
